维克森林大学再生医学研究院招收生物学研究带薪博士后，主要使用CRISPR/CAS9技术研究Dent’s疾病，一种罕见的遗传肾脏疾病的基因治疗方法。
要求申请者精通分子与细胞生物学、生物化学与基因技术。申请者必须是细胞生物学或分子医学博士，在相关领域科研成果丰富，有动物模拟研究、分子生物学及造血干细胞等研究经历。此前有基因编辑研究工作的相关经历者优先申请。

Research fellow
The Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine (WFIRM)
The Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine (WFIRM) invites applications for a postdoctoral fellowship position . The position is grant funded. The successful applicant will use CRISPR/CAS9 technology to develop gene therapy strategies for Dent’s disease, a rare genetic kidney disease. Multiple approaches including molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry and genetic technologies will be used. The WFIRM provides a highly dynamic and collaborative environment to foster scientific breakthroughs.
Applicants must have a recent Ph.D. in the field of cell biology or molecular medicine. The successful candidate should have demonstrated productivity in related fields and have the talent and dedication to take advantage of the vast resources available at WFIRM. Experience in one of the following areas is preferred: animal models, molecular biology, hematopoietic stem cells. Previous experience with genome editing is a plus but not a prerequisite.
