Professor Xi Zhang, IEEE Fellow, Full Professor in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Texas A&M University, is recruiting 
highly dedicated Ph.D. students in the upcoming Fall 2019 with funding support.

                          2. Co-authored at least one IEEE/ACM premier conference or journal paper
